Daniel E. Monsanto will be on hand Saturday, December 5th, during Dickens on the Strand, to sign his new book Houston: A History in Postcards.

The book chronicles many of Houston’s key industries with rare postcard images dating to the late 1800s. Mr. Monsanto is a lifelong resident of Houston, a graduate of University of Houston, and has been collecting postcards for 16 years.
